BankruptcyMisconduct.com has been directing the public's attention to the operations and activities of various individuals as they act, or fail to act, to police, enforce, and fulfill important Congressional mandates related to the integrity of the bankruptcy process as well as applicable rules of professional and judicial conduct.  Practices of various professionals involved in the bankruptcy process which damage the American enterprise, economy, and individuals, are due to the self regulation and self policing mechanisms of these professionals.

The people listed on this page include bankruptcy lawyers, bankruptcy judges, government lawyers charged with regulating the bankruptcy industry, Securities and Exchange Commission officials, and others. It is not too surprising that some private lawyers would break laws in their quest for money. Sadly, many government officials violate their oaths for the same reason. These corrupt officials aid, abet, or tacitly approve of crimes as their part of a quid pro quo.
