BankruptcyMisconduct would like to recognize those firms whose demise fails to eclipse discussion of their contribution, even if dubious, to the legal industry broadly and the bankruptcy industry in particular.

Law firms have operated in an oddly carved out niche in the otherwise highly regulated U.S. business environment. The promise of Self Regulation seems in retrospect more about "self" than "regulation". Yet even so, the implosion of bankruptcy professionals and law firms is a great opportunity to examine what went on.
