Academia has paid some attention to the problem of BankruptcyMisconduct. Our esteemed academic institutions ought to host and protect professors who can lead us in learning and understanding the corruption which envelopes us.

Please read about the research and publications of professors such as Lynn LoPucki, Joseph W. Doherty, Susan P. Shapiro, and Leslie C. Levin.

Living with the benefits of freedom requires that we stay informed, vigilant, and ready to oppose the evil and corrupt forces which will otherwise surely seek to take advantage of the complacent. Please read the BankruptcyMisconduct page about the study which The Wall Street Journal describes as showing "Routine Illegality" on the part of our Federal Bankruptcy Judges.

BankruptcyMisconduct.com will inform readers of academic scholarships and awards as sub pages to this Academia section.
