eToys DE-generate trio Mary Walrath, Kelly Stapleton, Roberta DeAngelis
Let's reintroduce you to some of them:

THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS
adaptation by David O'Donnell

'Twas the night before Christmas, when in the court house
Every trustee was hiding, the crimes of a louse

The fee apps were strung by false filings of fraud
Now see how the criminals dupe the old broad

Their Clients were hidden a wink by the Feds
Vile bizness these racketeers' immunity spreads

Judge Walrath like an Ostrich, Trustees hustled crap
Betrayals of Oath beget rule of law's nap

When out on a roof, there arose such a big noise
By prayers that some Fed will investigate eToys

Onward came the logo, it flew in a flash
Broke open the windows, and tore through the sash

Sunlight is the best, disinfectant we know
The truth is quite stubborn, the facts always show

When what special prosecutor soon shall appear
And shock job hunting Feds and the Neo-Mafia with fear

With a little corruption, some lawyers bend quick
We know what's at Oaktree, a gag ball for Dick

More greedy than Midas, for money they came
They are traitors, pretenders, and they have no shame

Now, DA, now Judges, now Paul Traub and Dreier
It's a Bankruptcy Ring, just desserts - ring of fire

Now cut your deal, cut your deal, cut your deal all
And like Marie Antoinette, scared syndicates fall

And Like snow that blows mad up a drug addicts nose
A fraud on the court - an enduring black rose

They fake love of law, when it's just love of money
Now angry with clenched fists, stuck in old pots of honey

False comfort they presumed, out of mind, when of sight
Happy Christmas for now, Next year brings the good fight
